Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, two quaint coastal towns separated by the Kennebunk River but connected by a bridge, are just a couple of favorite destinations amongst the locals and tourists alike.
Since the neighboring towns are so close (mostly within walking distance of each other), I will share attractions for both and will refer to them as Kennebunks in this post, with a focus on Kennebunkport.
There is no shortage of things to see, do and experience in the Kennebunks. They offer world-class shopping, plenty of access to the sea, and some of Maine’s best dining.
